Praise God from whom all blessings flow. Happy New Year everyone! I pray that “2012″ will carry a multitude of blessings for you.
Whatever happened in your lives during “2011″ remember the words of Paul in Philippians 3:13-14 which states “Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before. I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.”
I would like to share ten points, and ten key scriptures, to help us grow in “2012″ and beyond:
1. Grow in your prayer life.
1 Thessalonians 5:17
2. Grow in your Bible knowledge.
2 Timothy 2:15
3. Grow in quality of quiet time.
4. Grow in memorization.
5. Grow in meditation.
6. Grow in godly thinking.
7. Grow in fellowship.
8. Grow in service.Matthew 25:40
9. Grow in relationships.
10. Grow in love.
1 Corinthians 13
I didn’t write these scriptures out, I pray that you will look them up in your bible. The word love was listed last, but it is far from the least.
May all these points and scriptures make a lasting impression in our lives, and may we be strengthened mightily by them all.
Before closing this letter I must thank God for using me, and giving me the wisdom to continue writing these letters. I thank Him for bringing me to this second year.
